I opened my eyes what seemed like for the first time, in a very long time. And found myself doing a 25-year bid! My name is Ivan K Dockins, born and raised in Joliet, Illinois. Best known as “Crossroads of Mid-America” and home to Stateville Prison . That’s where Marcus Garvey’s words were able to penetrate my thick skull. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and the backing of my family and friends I launched RTL (Refuse To Lose) Mobile Fleet Services. Now with stable feet beneath me I give to you part two of the acclaimed
